Agape Health Services and the Tai Chi for Health Institute invite you to a FREE, evidence-based program designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina — all while helping reduce the risk of falls.

These gentle, low-impact movements are perfect for adults of all ages and ability levels. Whether you’re managing arthritis, concerned about falls, or simply looking for a supportive wellness activity, this class is a wonderful way to stay active and connected.
