Lead Program Info

LEAD is a program that helps individuals who have been involved with the justice system. Whether you're facing legal issues before being arrested or you've recently been released from jail, prison, or community corrections, we're here to support you with referrals and case management services.

What are the Qualifications?

  • Low-level misdemeanor cases and charges only for pre-arrest and not post-arrest
  • Willingness to work on life goals and harm reduction
  • Establish care as a patient of Agape Health Services

What will be a Disqualifiers?

  • NO participation for those involved in exploiting minors
  • Ineligibility for individuals promoting prostitution or sex work
  • Exclusion for those charged with assault on a female or assault with a deadly weapon within the last 5 years

What is the LEAD Process?

Referral: Referred to LEAD instead of or after facing charges.

The Meet: Assessing your life and health needs with a case manager.

Ground Work: Addressing your needs and concerns.

Connections: Connecting you with additional support.

Advocate: Speaking on your behalf to the District Attorney and others.

Meet and Adjust: Regular review and adjustment of goals and priorities to address your needs effectively
