Tai Chi Classes for the Community

Agape Health Services. ECU Wellness Center, and the Tai Chi for Health Institute invite you to a FREE for members, discounted for non-members, evidence-based program designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina — all while helping reduce the risk of falls.

These gentle, low-impact movements are perfect for adults of all ages and ability levels. Whether you’re managing arthritis, concerned about falls, or simply looking for a supportive wellness activity, this class is a wonderful way to stay active and connected.

‍Class Schedule:

Every Wednesday | March 4 - June 24

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM No class on April 8th

‍Cost:

FREE for ECU Wellness Members and open to the community at a discounted rate of $10 per class. If you are a non-member and sign-up for the entire series of 16 weeks, you'll receive 50% off ($80).

Members & Non-Members are welcome.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a safe and enjoyable program developed by Dr. Paul Lam and supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Classes are designed to help participants feel more confident in movement, enhance mobility, and support long-term wellness.
